They're building some kind of new thing here at the airport. No idea what it is. But it's new, and it seems to be happening at all the airports. Venezuela is in an infrastructure imrovement phase right now.

What makes a California boy like me nervous is the simple vertical columns supporting the floors. Once the columns and floors are up, they make walls with bricks. No reinforcement for earthquake side forces. But I guess they don't have earthquakes!
