Looking upstream at the river from the same vantage point as the last photograph. This is the "Argyle Bridge".

There's two bridges here. The closest one is an old concrete bridge that lost a span. They put a newer steel I-beam bridge just upstream. The steel is rusting away, but the bridge is still serviceable. It should last long enough to be torn down when they build the runway.
