I decided to walk down to the beach.

On my way, I passed a cow on a leash. Most of the cows are on leashes, but some aren't. Wally (the IADC driver) tells me the loose cows wander off and every once in a while the owner would go fetch them back from wherever they'd gone to. If the cow got to be too much trouble, well, they'd probably end up on a leash.

I saw lots of cows, but I never saw a single fence.
