This was a mistake. We stopped at a place called the "Arizona Grill". I had Chicken (always a good bet). Mary had spaghetti. Bad choice. It tasted like Sloppy Joe mix or a Mexican Tamale. That was unexpected because the spaghetti I've had everywhere else in Chile was pretty good.
I asked Jose about it the next day and he explained that the spaghetti we had was Arizona style.
So when in Chile, stick to Chilean, Spanish, German, or Italian food. You won't be disappointed.
